One Day Root Canal Treatment

Root Canal is a treatment which scares many people, when they are told that they will have to undergo the treatment. But, it is not that complicated as it is assumed. Root Canal Treatment can relieve the dental pain of the patient instantly. It is known as the best treatment as the original tooth is retained, even if there is a little possibility. After the root canal treatment, the tooth/teeth functions exactly the way the original teeth functions.

Basically, a root canal is nothing but a capillary, which runs from the base of the root of the tooth to the middle of the crown. The crown is the visible part of the tooth. The root canal carries the pulps which are mainly a network of blood and nerve cells. These are the components which actually brings life to the tooth.

Tooth/teeth may be damaged because of various reasons. One of the main reasons is cavity in the tooth. The cavity grows deeper and deeper and eventually touches the nerve. Bacteria make way into the cavity and the root canal gets inflamed. This causes tremendous pain. Some other reasons which result in tooth/teeth damage include accidental cracks or infection from gums reaching to the base of roots. Anyways, in all such cases, root canal treatments can be the perfect solution.

Most common symptoms where root canal treatment may be required to be done include severe tooth pain, tooth sensitivity, swelling around the tooth and pain while chewing.
